Four Leaf Landscape & Civiltech Pvt Ltd delivers turnkey landscape design, execution, and AMC for commercial and estate-scale sites across India. Founded in 2013 (incorporated 2015), we operate from Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, with active projects in 20+ cities and 150+ completed commissions to date.
Who we serve
Hotels and resorts, corporate campuses, developers, industrial facilities, hospitals, schools, malls, and select estate-scale residences. We are not a nursery and not a residential mowing service — we execute BOQ-driven landscape infrastructure.
What we execute
Hardscape, softscape, irrigation, pools, water features, terrace gardens, outdoor lighting, indoor plantation, and landscape maintenance (AMC). Scope is defined in contract documents with clear exclusions and substitution rules.
How we work
Site visit → evaluation → proposal → agreement → development → maintenance. Each stage produces artefacts procurement can audit: BOQ lines, hold points, snag lists, and handover packs.
Quality control & handover
Samples, mock-ups where specified, compaction and drainage checks before close-in, and as-built documentation for irrigation and planting. Handover includes O&M pointers FM teams need.
AMC & service levels
