  • The calculator uses planning anchors and module selection. Final BOQ depends on the approved plant list, finish specs, water source strategy (bore/STP/municipal), and confirmed drainage/water source boundaries.
  • If you have podium/terrace stacks, ensure waterproofing method and drainage cell scope boundaries are clarified in the BOQ.

Inclusions and exclusions
