Landscaping Cost Calculator (India)
Use this estimator to convert scope intent into a planning range. You will get an indicative total, a list of included modules, and the cost drivers that usually create quotation differences in commercial projects. After you run the range, request BOQ-oriented discussion and we align assumptions to your drawings.
How it works
Enter area, project type, city factor, quality tier, and the scope modules you need. The tool returns an indicative total range, what’s included, and the main cost drivers. Use it to shortlist scope before requesting a BOQ-oriented site assessment.
Quick estimate
Estimated range
- • Hardscape (paving, edges, finishes)
- • Softscape (planting, lawns/greens)
- • Irrigation (drip/sprinkler + zoning)
- • Outdoor lighting (path/uplight/interface)
- Standard quality tier
- Tier-1 city factor
- New build context
- hardscape
- softscape
How we calculate (methodology)
- • Area is converted to sq ft (if needed) and applied to selected scope modules.
- • Project type, city factor, site condition, and quality tier scale the module anchors into a planning range.
- • Water feature and terrace/vertical are handled as specialized add-ons because scope risk differs by system.
- • Final BOQ depends on approved plant lists, water sources, civil base layers, waterproofing/drain stack, and site access.
Assumptions
- The calculator uses planning anchors and module selection. Final BOQ depends on the approved plant list, finish specs, water source strategy (bore/STP/municipal), and confirmed drainage/water source boundaries.
- If you have podium/terrace stacks, ensure waterproofing method and drainage cell scope boundaries are clarified in the BOQ.
Inclusions and exclusions
Included: indicative range for selected modules (hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting, terrace/vertical, water feature, maintenance transition). Excluded: final plant list, waterproofing and drainage stack details, site-specific access and phasing. These are confirmed at site assessment.
Next steps
The next step is site assessment so we can confirm constraints (access, working-site hours, phasing, and civil base readiness) and align the BOQ to your drawings.
